I am sharing my personal leadership philosophy so that you understand my perspective, what to expect from me, and what I expect from you, allowing us to work together to become a stronger team and support one another in becoming better leaders.

Integrity:  hold myself to a high standard of trust and honesty.   

Humility:  be humble, quickly ask for help, and accept any feedback from you.

Ownership:  own my work and take pride in a job well done.

Respect:  respect everyone and earn the respect of those I interact with.

Balance:  be accountable to both work and home commitments.  

The Rules I Live and Work by. I will:

• Work safely and return home in the same condition I am leaving, and I expect the same from you.
• Work with a sense of urgency and honor my time commitments.
• Give my best effort regardless of the request.
• Always act respectfully.
• Communicate clearly and regularly and ensure that the communication is understood.
• Learn something new every day.
• Have a sense of humor and try to keep the mood light.

My Expectations:

Treat your surroundings like you would treat your family. I expect you to make your best effort to leave your surroundings in the same or better condition than when you arrived.

Have a positive “can-do” attitude. Lift those around you in spirit when you see them down. Reassure your team that they can complete the task at hand.

Take responsibility for your actions. Your best effort is always expected, and even when mistakes are made, they are not insurmountable.

Having open communication and working positively as fast as possible with help will produce a greater outcome.

Life is short. Let’s work hard together and accomplish amazing things today and tomorrow for each other, work, our families, and our surroundings. There is no better time to be the best that we can be in life.
